I had Colleen do a couple of henna designs for me for my birthday which was about two weeks ago and I walked away happier than ever. She is a truly talented artist (that did all of the designs free-hand) and a wonderful person. She is very professional and will educate on the whole process, I have had henna before but not like what I experienced with Colleen...the henna is freshly made by her daily and has a wonderful fragrance to it.....which made it even better. I have already told many of my friends about her and now I am sharing some with you......If you are looking for a henna artist look no further, her name is Colleen Heller and she is totally awesome!!!!!!!

I have had Colleen do a temporary tattoo on my lower back as well as two different henna applications on my hand. She is excellent at what she does. She is very artistic and experienced, as well as friendly and accomodating. I needed the temporary tattoo for a special occasion so she fit me in the same day! The henna designs she did on my hand caught the attention of everyone everywhere I went. People kept asking me for her number because they were so impressed. I had to call Colleen and ask her for some of her business cards to give out so I didnt' have to keep writing down the information for people!!

We had her do the henna at a party for our wedding. Several people received henna tattoos. She made her own dyes from scratch from henna (NOT black henna of course!) and essential oils. The henna actually smelled wonderful. The designs were well drawn and included free-hand designs as well as designs we had requested before hand (she pre-drew custom stencils to be used that day). Overall, a very enjoyable experience. She was very patient and very clearly explained all of the ingredients she was using and what they were for. Highly recommended, definitely hire her for your own event, and don't be afraid to ask for custom designs.
